Start with the workflow you need to run. The planned setup path covers business details, services and rates, your website choice, team access and the agreed workflow checks. Hands-on assistance depends on your plan and setup scope.

02Can I keep my current website?

Yes—replacing it is not the only starting point. Choose a courier website or review a supported connection to the one you already have. Keeping your website does not automatically reduce the platform subscription. Connection work is scoped before implementation.

03Will my customers see MOVARO or my own brand?

Your customers see your business. Your logo, colours, content and customer-facing experience can be presented under your own brand while MOVARO powers the platform underneath. The exact level of white-labeling can depend on your plan.

04Can customers get a price and request transport online?

Yes. Customers can enter their pickup, delivery and shipment information through your branded customer experience and receive or request pricing based on your configured workflow. The information can then flow directly into MOVARO Operations without your team entering everything again.

05How are my existing rates set up?

Start with your actual services, rates and exceptions. The setup review identifies which rules your plan supports and checks agreed scenarios against your expected prices. Unsupported rules are identified, not silently approximated. Hands-on configuration follows your plan or setup agreement.

06How do my drivers use MOVARO?

Drivers receive a simple mobile workflow. Assignments, pickup and delivery information, status actions and proof-of-delivery steps stay together. The aim is to reduce separate WhatsApp instructions, paperwork and repeated calls between drivers and dispatch.

07What do customer tracking and POD cover?

Delivery progress and proof linked to the job. The intended customer experience provides shipment status and delivery-proof access where released and included. This is not a promise of continuous live GPS. Confirm the exact status, document and notification features for your setup.

08Can I start small and expand as my business grows?

Yes. MOVARO is being designed so small courier companies can start with what they need today and add more capacity, automation, integrations and support as they grow. The goal is that growth should not force you to move to a completely different platform.

09Can you move my existing customer and vehicle data?

Migration is reviewed by dataset. Share the formats and a suitable sample first. Confirm supported records, validation and any cleanup needed before importing. Historical jobs, old proof files and bespoke integrations require separate checks; they are not automatically included.

10What setup help is included in my subscription?

Founding customers receive extra hands-on help with their agreed setup. Your subscription determines software access and ongoing plan support. During the founding offer, our first five accepted courier businesses receive agreed hands-on onboarding at no additional fee, whether their suitable plan is Launch, Growth or Pro. Setup scope and scheduling are confirmed before starting. Custom development, unsupported integrations and ongoing operational services are not automatically included.

11How is a founding-customer place confirmed?

A place is confirmed after we review your requirements and agree the supported onboarding scope and schedule. Sending an enquiry or completing the assessment does not reserve a place. Your software subscription is separate from the included onboarding assistance.
